Rental application needs to be signed by all parties and mailed to Picket Fence Properties - 1511 S Texas Ave. - Box 116 - College Station Tx 77840 with the application fee of $35 per applicant or $50 for joint application.

Additionally, please include the relevant security deposit with a seperate check. The securtiy deposit amount is indicated on each property.
